A scheduled job reads the company directory every morning and posts it to the channel your team was reading anyway. People react and reply to it the way they would to a colleague.
The directory nobody has to maintain
The job reads every account in Microsoft 365, groups people the way the business is actually organized, and publishes a branded PDF. Someone joins, and the next edition already has them in it.
The report that arrives before anyone asks for it
A scheduled job queries the ERP, works out which key dates are overdue or nearly due, and emails each owner a branded summary of exactly what needs updating, without asking anyone to log in and pull an export.
Good news, posted the moment it happens
The same pattern reads the pipeline. It posts a ranked leaderboard on Monday, and when a deal closes it says so in the channel while people still care.
