CostLens

GL-exact landed-cost margins and cost-layer aging for NetSuite.

Margins that tie to the ledger

CostLens rebuilds landed cost and inventory age from the general ledger itself, receipt by receipt and layer by layer, so the margin you report is the margin that actually posted.

Freight and duty stay attached to the cost layer they landed in. Every figure drills to the receipts behind it.

CostLens is patent-pending technology developed by YTBE, Inc.

How it is built

Cost layers are built from the accounting lines that posted: no estimation, no averaging.

Some transactions move units without posting any inventory value at all. A standalone customer return is the usual culprit. CostLens flags those lines instead of inventing a basis for them, and every audit run reports its own exceptions rather than absorbing them into the total.
